Investigating the effects of human-animal interactions on the behavior, physiology, well-being, and refinement of animal use, as well as their impacts on humans, has been the focus of the majority of my work thus far. I have over 3 years of experience developing the experimental design for, running, and disseminating the results from research projects with horses, cats, rats, and humans across 4 different labs. During this time, I have been responsible for managing projects, student volunteers, animal husbandry staff, as well as producing materials for the dissemination of research results to researchers, corporations, and the general public
